Be supportive
No bullying, harassment, hate speech, threats, unwanted sexual content, doxxing or encouragement of dangerous exercise. Do not target someone because of a protected characteristic.
Keep it authentic
Do not impersonate people, spam leagues, manipulate Health data, coordinate cheating or misrepresent achievements.
Report harmful content
Press and hold a league-chat message and choose Report. A signed-in report is sent securely for moderation. For an immediate risk of harm, contact local emergency services rather than relying on an in-app report.
Block or remove someone
Open the menu beside a friend or on their profile. Remove ends the friendship. Block also hides them from search, nudges and new challenges. Manage blocked users under Profile → Settings → Blocked Users.
Enforcement
Reports are reviewed for context and severity. Responses may include content removal, warnings, feature restrictions or account suspension. Repeated or severe violations may lead to permanent removal.
